Highmark is an AI SMS concierge platform operated by Whiteout Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide messaging technology that enables customer-facing businesses — including tour operators, rental companies, and service businesses — to communicate with their customers via SMS.

When you receive a text message from a business that uses Highmark, the message is sent on behalf of that specific business. Highmark processes the message as a platform provider; the business you engaged with is responsible for collecting your consent and ensuring messages are appropriate.

How We Process Data on Behalf of Businesses

Highmark acts as a data processor on behalf of the businesses ("clients") that use our platform. Each client business is responsible for collecting your consent before you receive messages from them. Your data is used exclusively in the context of your relationship with that specific business.

Opt-in consent is business-specific. If you consent to receive messages from one Highmark-powered business, that consent does not carry over to any other business on the platform. Each business manages its own opt-in independently.

Your information is not sold. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data associated with one Highmark client is not shared with or visible to any other Highmark client.
